We built Seal because we kept shipping models we couldn't trust — and trusting models we couldn't verify. The registry is the fix: a public, permanent record of what every model is and where it came from.

before your first seal

• have your license sorted — permissive is not a license.
• link your parents honestly — lineage is the whole point.
• expect validators to check your hash, not your story.
